  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
  • Shipping Time: Shipping time may vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Typically, deliveries within India take 5-7 business days, but please note that longer delivery times may apply for remote areas.

2. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of your order and the delivery address. The total shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.
  • Free shipping may be available on select orders or promotions. Please refer to our website or contact customer service for details on any ongoing offers.

3. Delivery Locations

  • We currently ship within India. We do not yet offer international shipping, but please stay tuned as we plan to expand our shipping services in the future.

4. Shipping Methods

We work with trusted courier services to ensure your order arrives safely and on time. These include, but are not limited to, DTDC, Blue Dart, India Post, and Delhivery.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email with a tracking number and courier details so you can monitor the progress of your delivery. You can track your order online through the courier’s tracking page.

6. Packaging

  • All items are carefully packaged to ensure they reach you in perfect condition. Given the delicate nature of our brass puja items, extra care is taken in packaging to prevent any damage during transit.

7. Delivery Issues & Address Confirmation

  • Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is correct and complete. Kuber Brass Store is not responsible for any delays or misdeliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
  • If there are any issues with your delivery (e.g., damaged goods or delays), please contact us immediately, and we will work with the courier service to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

8. Returns & Damaged Goods

  • If your order arrives damaged or you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will either issue a refund or arrange for a replacement, depending on your preference.
  • Please retain the packaging and take photographs of the damaged goods for our review.
